TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Commissioned works are for PERSONAL USE ONLY
• The client may not trace or alter the commissioned piece
• The client may not use commissioned piece for anything AI or NFT related
• The artist reserves the rights to decline a commission
• The artist reserves the rights to the final product and posting the commissioned piece for marketing purposes (unless client requests otherwise)
• References are highly appreciated
• Revisions are accepted during the sketching process. Only minor changes shall be requested after the sketch is approved (extra fee will be added)
• It is advised that the client present their preferred deadlines for the commission as additional fees can be placed if requested to be done within a shorter timespan.
• Progress of the commission should be done within 2 weeks to a month (depending on the complexity of the piece)
• Should the client cancel the commission, the client does not reserve any rights to use any previews of the progress sent.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
• Payment must be done upfront once client's form is acknowledged
• Payments are only accepted in USD via PayPal or Kofi
• Additional fees may be placed depending on how complex the commission is
• Once the commission is done, the artist will the send the artwork in full resolution (png) via google drive
• Refund is not applicable once the artist has completed a commissioned piece
• A full refund is only applicable if the artist fails to finish a commission for any given reason
